Nidhi Kakar

Hello! I’m Nidhi Kakar. I started Art of Wellness to help women like you live healthier and happier lives, especially through menopause. I studied Food & Nutrition at the University of Delhi and I am a certified holistic Health Coach from IIN, New York I’ve worked in hospitals and food institutions, and as a mom to two daughters, I’ve seen firsthand how women’s health needs change over time.
I believe in making health simple. There’s so much information out there, and it can get confusing. My job is to make it easier for you to understand what your body needs and how you can feel better every day. Every woman is different, and I’m here to help you find out what works best for you.
Since I started my private practice in 2018, my mission has been to help women pay more attention to their health and find easier ways to eat well and live well. This means taking care of your body, mind, heart, and spirit.
